Orders can be cancelled free of charge until they are shipped by sending an email to info@ravi.co.at
Refund policy
If unfortunately some products in your order do not meet your expectations, only damaged or missing products will be replaced within 14 working days of receipt of the package. The customer must include in the package sent back, photos of the products and the shipping box at the time of receipt of the package.
Return costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.
For any return of goods, please send the goods to the following address: RAVI by Victoria Carillet, Wiedner Hauptstrasse 73/2/27, 1040 Vienna, Austria.
The goods must be returned to us in new condition and in their original packaging and blister, unopened and unused, failing which the refund cannot be made.
Cannot be taken back any package for which no element makes it possible to identify the sender (surname, first name, address, order number).
Return packages take between 5 to 10 working days to be delivered to us after deposit. We advise you to carefully keep your tracking numbers.
Once your package has been received, allow our logistics team a few days to process your package. You will receive an email to notify you when the refund has been approved and processed.
